Group prices for groups from 20 persons (adults). Single supplement Euro 15,–. Children's discount in room with two adults:
0 – 6 years: 100 %, 7 – 12 years: 50 %, 13 – 16 years: 10 %

Apartment prices per Apartment and day - including local tax for 4 persons, service charge and 10 % value added tax, starting at a minimum stay of 7 days. For the final cleaning of the apartments we charge Euro 35,– (also applies for holiday packages).

Half board in an apartment for adults: Euro 24,–. Only breakfast: Euro 9,- for adults. Only dinner: Euro 17,– for adults.

Our rooms are exclusively NON SMOKING ROOMS.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE: The occupation of the rooms and apartments is possible from 2pm. We ask you to inform us, if you will arrive after 7pm. If you arrive later or depart earlier then expected, we ask you to understand that we have to charge 80% of the half board price. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room or apartment till 10am. We only except written CANCELLATIONS. Terms and conditions apply to the Austrian hotel contract conditions. If you have to cancel in short-term (and we can't sublet the room) or if you depart earlier then expected, we have to charge the price for the booked period.
